Continuation of Intelligence Report
Target No. 45 - at No. 18 and 20 Rue Dionisie Lupu (I. V. Stalin Rayon),
opposite the US Legation:
A large four-storly building; the central part with six floors; one
two-stormy building.
Occupancy: Chief Medical Service of the MAI (Frontier Guards, Security,
Firemen and Militia) Troops.
Target No. 46 - at No. 34 Rue Dionisie Lupu, north of the previous target:
--A one-story building, at right angles to the street, another in a
small garden.
Occupancy:: Dispensary of the Troops of the Security Forces.
Target No. 47 -- at No. 13 of Boulevard Dacia:
Large seven-story building, north side of the Boulevard.
Occupancy: Central headquarters of the AVSAP (editorial staff of the Magazines,
Apararea Patriei and Aripile Patriei (Magazines of the AVSAP).
The inside guard duty by the Army. Post Commander: a Captain or Lieuten-
ant (black collar-patch)
Movement of Air Force Officers.
Target No. 48 - Strada Paul Greeranu, No. 38:
Large, new 3-story building; 50-meter facade; in the yard there are 2
groups of 4 garages.

I. Location.
700 meters west of the 10 kilometer marker of National Road
No. 1 (Bucharest - Ploesti).
II. Description
The target extends 500 meters along the south side of a road
which runs on an east-west axis at right angles to National Road
No. 1; that is, between Kilometers 0.7 and 1.2.
Depth: 300 meters.
Barracks with a capacity of about 2,000 men.

III. Occupancy
Security Troops; approximately one regiment.Toward the eastern
end, there is a subordinate unit with black shoulder-straps;
insignia not observed.

I. Location
4.5 kilometers west of the village of Otopeni
4.5 kilometers northeast of the village of Mogosoaia
Coordinates AIDS 100,0000 sheet 4045: 2818-350.
II. Arrangement
8 anti-aircraft guns of 100-millimeter grouped two by two.
Note: There are very probably some 100-millimeter batteries around
Bucharest: the present battery is the first where 100-millimeter
guns have been observed.
