Bunkering of smaller vessels takes place in the Fishing Harbor. 7. It was stated that the pilot office recently was inspected by eus- toms officials from Warsaw with tha result that the ordinary customs off icars now are afraid to take cigarettes, etco, offered to them when visiting the ships. 8.
