b. RVG 958: Deadline cannot be expec,ted.bef'ore 1.962. Laboratory work
on the RVG 957 has he1.d up work or.~ the RVG 958. Good results have been
reported for the use of" the Sylvania 6 B?~ 6 klystror_. Raf"ena require-
ments for travelli.rg field tabes were stated ~=.~s: about 30 by 1962;
about 40o by 1865.
c. RVG 957: Field tests of this apparatus are to take place in the fall
of 1959? This apparatus will reach the UeK 6 (ZAFT ~.~g~,. of construction
code) stage irl 1959 and UeK 7 stage early in 1960.
3. Measuring apparatus: Further development of ~+ GHz (Gcs?) apparatus, and improve-
ment of existing ~- GHz apparatus.
~;~. East German grid planning (N~etzpl.a::ung) : Proposal for establishing of a commis-
sion composed of experts in botY! wired and wireless communications to discuss
this and also the installation of tree K 1800 carrier frequency system.
5. Various subjects:
a. Evaluation of the K8 - 026 project, i.e. "Wave Guide for Centimeter
Waves" .
