twenty tracked vehicles and .some trucks on the Export Quay in
boxes marked "Mexico" and "BRT 6"; l~+ upright and six horizontal
oil tanks at the oil storage facility.l The report notes that
the inspection procedures at both Ventspils and Kla.ipeda were
quickly accomplished, that there was no search of the vessel and
that passports and discharge books were not checked.
