about 4+5 meters long, was encountered about
8 miles northwest of the island of ZMEINYY (FIDONISI~
numerous loaded Bloc tankers proceeding from
the Black Sea southward, and empty ones going in the opposite direction.
No aircraft were observed.
a very large
radar antenna in the vicinity of the lighthouse on the island of ZMEINYY.
The antenna had two steel trellises on the sides. Further to the north was
a tubular antenna and still further north two big rectangular warehouses
(see Sketch No 1).
Maritime signals were normal.
