What Bill has is a presentation folder with
a special edition of the National Intelligence Daily.
Each of you may pick up a copy of this edition
after the festivities are over.
By intentional coincidence the front page of
this edition of the Daily contains an article which
recounts the birth of this land-mark intelligence
