try to dispel some of the ignorance of the realities of our ~25X1A
liaison relationship which seems to pervade even the
5X1C desk and convince as many people as possible that th
are not a hostile You might inquire into the rationa~.e
behind Hqs dictum of 1_ast fall that we not sh~,~~lGpperational

expenses with and point out that -was not
paying out money to our assets, but simply reim~nursing us for
a share of the costs.. I hope you can talk with other people in
SE Division beside nd get a balanced view, good or
