COMMENT: A slightly modified SA-11 chassis with the launcher and missile rack removed is
used for the probable SA-11 command vehicle. It is still under Rll) at Emba and will
probably be deployed only with a pure SA-11 regiment and not with the now deployed
mixed SA-0/1l regiment. In the photo below the probable SA-11 command vehicle is
seen associated with the EM-EL-03 radar, the probable acquisition radar to be
employed with a pure SA-11 regiment.
