TRACKS, AND A TURNING WYE. TWO LOCOMOTIVES AND FIFTY-SEVEN
PIECES OF ROLLING STOCK (THIRTY-TWO BOXCARS, FIFTEEN GONDOLA
CARS, AND TEN FLAT CARS) ARE NOTED WITHIN THE RAIL YARD.
TWENTY-FIVE LARGE PROBABLE POL TANKS ARE OBSERVED IN A TRANS-
SHIPMENT AREA ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE FACILITY. AN ADDITIONAL
SHORT RAIL SPUR, WITH FIVE PROBABLE PASSENGER RAIL CARS, IS
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY FIVE HUNDRED YARDS NORTHWEST OF THE
RAIL YARD.
A STORAGE/TRANSSHIPMENT SITE IS LOCATED ON THE NORTH BANK
OF THE RED RIVER AT THE SOUTH EDGE OF YEN BAI. AT LEAST
SEVENTY-FIVE STACKS OF CANVAS-COVERED UNIDENTIFIED MATERIALS
ARE IN OPEN STORAGE AND ONE CARGO TRUCK IS NOTED.

ROUTE 159 ON THE NORTH EDGE OF YEN BAI, CONTAINS AT LEAST
