3. TARGET DESCRIPTION:
PLEI DJERENG SPECIAL FORCES/CIDG CAMP, LOCATED NEAR THE CAMBODIAN
BORDER, CONSISTS OF A FENCE-SECURED TRIANGULAR STRONGPOINT AND AN
ADJACENT AIRFIELD.
4. EVALUATION:
A COMPARISON OF THE INTERPRETABILITY OF THE COLOR AND BLACK AND
WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY OVER THIS INSTALLATION REVEALS A THIRTY PER._,CENT
DIFFERENCE IN VEHICLE COUNT (NINE VEHICLES OBSERVED ON BLACK AND WHITE,
