1. SIGNIFICANCE:
THIS BRIEFING BOARD DEPICTS CAMOUFLAGED BOXCARS AT THE PHU LY
RAILROAD YARD
2. MISSION READOUT:
REVEALS THREE LOCOMOTIVES 25X1
(ONE UNDER WAY), FORTY-EIGHT BOXCARS, THIRTY GONDOLAS, SEVEN POL TANK CARS
AND SEVEN FLATCARS AT THE PHU LY RAILROAD YARD. TWENTY OF THE BOXCARS
ARE CAMOUFLAGED WITH PAINT. A LARGE STORAGE AREA CONTAINING THIRTEEN
STORAGE BUILDINGS AND FIVE WAREHOUSES IS OBSERVED JUST WEST OF THE
RAILROAD YARD ON THE SONG DAY (RIVER).
