Intelligence Museum
NCR : Your Memorandum of 24 January 1974
I. In view of my imminent retirement from the Agency, and
in view of the fact that the Intelligence Directorate has recently
appointed a now Directorate Archivist, I proposed to Paul Walsh
STAT that the Archivist, be designated as your
Intelligence Directorate point of contact for matters relating
to the Intelligence Museum. Mr. Walsh concurred with my proposal.
2. I have passed your 24 January memorandum to
coats. The Directorate's standing instructions to
with which I am sure you will agree, are to emphasize the utmost
electivity in identifying those truly unique items worthy of
inclusion in the Museum.
