On the mail intercept program, it was agreed to delete all comments regarding the mail intercept 25X1A and the DDO ( will undertake the preparation of a paragraph noting the value of the mail intercept program. Input will be provided by the Office of Security and OTS. Regarding the document on detailees, it was recommended that a statement be added which notes that all detailees were involved in inteli- gence or intelligence-related activities. Additionally, a note would be added pointing out the fact that the detailees program does not include those Agency personnel assigned to cover positions to perform authorized Agency functions. 4.
