MEMORANDUM FOR: Members of the Action Plan Task Group
SUBJECT 25 November Meeting
1. A Task Group meeting will be held at 1500 hours on
Tuesday, 25 November 1975, primarily to consider the attached 25X1A
and titled, "Potential Legislation."
The h prepared by
Tpaper is in two sections: Organisation and Functions and
Fiscal Controls.
2. The meeting will focus on:
a. Reviewing the completeness of the listing of
potential topics for legislation, and
b. Filling in the matrix, to the extent possible,
to indicate those matters on which the DCI, SSC, HSC and
various Commissions are for or against.
3. Mr. Colby wants to forward a notebook on proposed
legislative matters to the 1St altigenpressureitotcompletepour
soon as possible, so there
action on the draft. The notebook, containing
other inputs, already has been put together.
