Per your request here are my comments on the CMO Action
Items. I am using your numbers to identify the Action Item.
3. A draft of`the LOI-instruction has been
prepared. Mike is aware of a delay as the person
we wanted to see was not available. I will have /2Q
more information on this next week.

ODP is developing a list of personnel who
can receive some training in preparation for'
competing for MG job nominations. They had me talk
to the group explaining something about support work
in general and our procedures. Incidentally we are
not limiting the training to two officers.
6. No action for some months yet. fi.
7. I` may have misunderstood this as I thought
this was my action but was to wait until we had a
support officer available for the study. We will
have someone in the,late summer/early fall. This
25X1A can be moved up if something should happen more
quickly.
8. 1 have had a meeting with SEMP representatives
and Minutes for that meeting have been disseminated
to all attendees as well as Mike. Del is now working
up a policy based on those Minutes.
