25X1A The students of the Midcareer Course will again be in residence
at = from 17 to 21 April. In order to accomplish the two purposes
25X1A involved i.e. visit and meet with students, a trip of about
25X1A would be envisioned. For planning purposes
I would suggest you leave Washington National Airport at 4:00 p.m.

I would suggest you be taken on a tour of the installation for about
one hour. At the conclusion of the tour I would see you meeting with
the students for a brief "happy hour" followed by dining with them in the
25X1A mess hall. I would then suggest that you sit with them in an informal
setting known as ' and speak for perhaps 20 minutes.
Following that it would appear in order to have a question and answer
period. That session should be over by 8:30 p.m. and you can either

The class consists of some thirty-five people with a .grade
range from GS-12 to GS-14. The students represent employees who have
very creditable performance records and for whom there is a belief that
they can aspire to more senior positions.
3. Staff Position: I believe it would be an excellent contribution
to Agency morale for you to visit this installation and to meet with the
students. I am of the further opinion that you would profit by seeing
this well-run and extensive training establishment. I would be delighted
to make the trip with you and would further suggest you invite Mr. Harry
Fitzwater, our Director of Training.
