Attached are:
1. Long Range Public Affairs Objectives--these are our
overall goals. They are very broad and tend to sound plati-
tudinous. They are nonetheless our ultimate goals which I
promulgate to all my people so that they are incorporated in
some way in everything we do.
2. Short Range Public Affairs Objectives--these are
manageable, attainable goals in support of our long range
objectives which we plan to complete within one year's time.
Obviously, we add more short range goals from time to time.
