8-9 June
This serves to confirm my invitation to you and (wife--first name)
to join me on 8-9 June 1979 at the for a weekend
retreat. At that time I intend to focus attention or several areas of
mutual concern. A similar invitation has been extended to members of
the Intelligence Community as well as Agency deputy directors with
broad Community responsibilities. The schedule of activities and an
agenda are now being drawn up and will be forwarded to you in the
interim. I plan to have two work sessions, one on Friday evening and
the other on Saturday morning,with a program for the wives during.

For your own planning, we will utilize two of our aircraft to
transport the group with a departure time on Friday, 8 June, from
Washington National Airport at 1600 hours. The planes will be
returning on Saturday, 9 June, between 1200-1600 hours, depending
on the desires of the participants. All participants will be housed
in four or five different locations at th
