that Colonel White has inser'Qd a note with regard to a limitation of
time within which the employee must perform the travel and incur the
transportation expenses. A copy of Department of State policy with
regard to this time limitation is Viso attached, together with comments
by the Deputy Director of Personne,?and Colonel White.

of a person who wants to retire and establish residence overseas.
