1. We appreciate your cansi.dering ADMAG as a potential
source of input to the Agency's Affirmative Action Plan.. We
have reviewed yaur rriemorandum and. the guidelines for cantri-
butions to the Plan and have concluded that as a group we
ha~,re no common base or experience which permits our making
a meaningful contribution. Most members of ADMAG have had
very limited. experience in EEO matters and within ADhiAG, such
matters have not previously been discussed. It was agreed
that what contribution we might make could be made better
through our individual offices.
2. Once again we appreciate yaur considering AD~~ G
and we hope our individual efforts through our Offices will
be of some help in furthering the EEO cause.
