Dzhenden Tepe: one of the hills within the city of Plovdiv; on the to q of this hill there is an observation post with anti.-aircraft artillery- emplacements; at the foot of the hill near the hhrracks of the Ministry of Interior troops described in No. 5 above, is a small gcverneant hospital; access to the hill is absolutely prohibited. Near the main building there are several private homes for housing approx 70 army men; the building is surrounded by a small garden and has on the western part of the building a small square for training the officers; /there is located a new bridge (east of the building) which joins the two parts of the city of Plovdiv; .. - there is the old bridge. Sakhat Tepe; a rocky hill; here, too, several tunnels are being excavated which will be used in time of war as shelters for the more important services of the city and for the General Staff; On the'top of the hill there ham been erected a .building in concrete equipped with a low tower with small windows; this construction of this building was completed approximately in March 1956; access to this hill is strictly prohibited and it is guarded by sentries.
