SUBJECT CIA Recruitment, 1947-1971
1. The history of CIA Recruitment, 1947-1971 has
been approved for publication by the CIA Historical Staff.
The final copy is herewith returned to you for correction
of the indicated typographical errors, insertion of two
missing pages (pp. 169 and 249), and, hopefully, more legible
copies of several pages of the appendix material.
2. After the indicated revisions have been made, the
report should be forwarded for Mr. Fisher's signature on the
enclosed title page.
3. If Mr. Fisher approves the report, it should then
be sent to Chairman, Support Services His- 25X1A
torical Board, Room 7-D-02 Headquarters.
4. If he concurs, will return the history 25X1A
to this Staff for reproduction, binding, and numbering. As
usual, the history will be disseminated as follows: Ribbon copy
to OP, copy 2 to DDS, and copy 3 to the HS documents file.
