Subject: Nisei Personnel Required for Pacific LIRS.
1. The following is a list of N isei personnel which would neet
initial needs for language personnel in setting up Pacific 'AIRS.

2. Training for this personnel should commence immediately at LIMB,
Camp Savage, Minn. The training of this personnel should be supplemented
by special courses to be c;_ven at Camp Savage upon the completion of their
basic language training. In order to begin operations on material now on
hand training schedules should be set to make at least 50 percent of this per-
sonnel available by July 15. The remainder of this personnel should be
available by August 31.
