The group discessmd chiefly the British Alde-memedre of February le, avd
the Pritieh draft note rroposed for presentetien to the French 6ervervment.
Those present felt that the Alde-memoire, in perticuler, needed clarification
by the British, as Aid also the draft note to a certain extent.
There wma math diecussion regarding the relit of the French in the return
