1. The USSR Branch shall be responsible for the production of
pertinent intelligence information in all subject categories except
Scientific and Engineoringt from all foreign language documents
dealing with the USSR.

5. The Scientific and Technical Branch shall be responsible for
the production of pertinent intelligence information from foreign
'? ang;uage documents in -,he fields of Science and Engineering.

answers the intelll ence requirements of the Departments of State, Armory
