1. The 40th and 41st meetings of the Subcommittee on Exploi-
tation of Foreign Language Publications were held 14 and 28 January,
respectively. The Annual R. to the Advisory Committee was
approved. Review of the scientific and technical exploitation
program was started and was to continue into the meeting of
