Since a complete copy of the industrial Card Ale cannot be established,
owinc to the lack of an adequate number of extra cards for filing as in
(c) above, it is suggested that a location file may be adequate for the
use of your office. The extra cards on hind are new packaged roughly
according to the reference number, and it in estimated that it would
