I talked to who concurs
in the attached proposed covers for the classified
and unclassified CTS, with the exception that he
thinks that the classified should have red borders
and red writing as noted in his hem-writing on
same. The thought behind this is that he is going
to try and institute a procedure whereby all. present
DD/I publications, in instances like this where
there is a classified and unclassified, will have
red borders on that pert which remains classified.
This being the case, it would seeffi that maybe ve
should put the red border on the NOFCR supplement.
