SUBJECT : Delinquent Accounts
1. Request that your office furnish the financial
status report on the projects mentioned in the attached
memorandum by 5 o'clock, 1 August 1951. The report is to
include the following:
a. Present balance of each project,
b. Extent of accounts receipted, including
number of receipts substantiated and the number of re-
ceipts unsubstantiated.
c. Whether statements in reference to the attached
memorandum refer to the total amount advanced to the various
projects are factually correct.
2. We will appreciate the return of the attached
memorandum to - upon completion of the financial
status report requested.
