with copies of issuances in the OPC Home Manuals
that pertain to the activities of the Special Support Staff.
It is understood that, according to your functional state-
ments, you bear some responsibilit for drafting of appropriate
regulations for the relating to fiscal

2. It is requested that any proposed issuances drafted
in the Special Support Staff be submitted to this office for
review and publication in the OPC Manual.
