1. Effective 29 June 1949, and during the continued
25X1A9a absence of Mr.- from this headquarters, the following
authority and responsibility previously vested in him is hereby
delegated as follows:

Executive Officer and is specifically authorized to:
(1) Sign travel requests for OPC in that
capacity.
(2) Approve the dissemination of issuances in
the OPC Manual, which do not involve impor-
tant policy matters, provided they have
been properly coordinated.
