Delegation of Authority dated 3 August 1950
18 October 1950.
1. The authority to approve, on behalf of OPC, special
schooling for personnel while stationed abroad, as provided in
Reference (b) is delegated to the Chief, Staff II, and to the
Deputy Chief, Personnel, Training and Services, Staff II.
2. The authority to approve travel requests, on behalf of
OPC, heretofore granted to Chief Staff III, is hereby delegated
to Chief Staff II, and to the Comptroller, Staff II.
3. The authority heretofore granted to Chief Staff III to
approve agent contracts on behalf of OPC is hereby delegated to
Chief Staff II, and to the Deputy Chief Personnel, Training and
Services, Staff He
4. The Deputy Chiefs of Staff II, and the Comptroller are
hereby designated as approving officers for expenditures against
Staff II projects in which they are specifically interested.
