25X1A9a 1. I desire to delegate to PDD/P (A),
authority to sign, on my behalf, all administrative actions
concerning DD/P and the offices and divisions under my
jurisdiction except those enumerated in paragraph 2 below and
except those which in his judgment involve important matters of
policy which he feels require my signature.

EO/DD/P, authority to sign., on my behalf, all personnel ac ions
vouchers and travel requests concerning the immediate office of
DD/P.
