the more important reports submitted by agents. Mr. ~ has had 25X1A9a
only limited training in the language while at Headquar ers. Miss
has had some instruction but has not had the occasion to use
for some time and is in need of a refresher course. It is
e eved that training in the - language will contribute to 25X1A6a
the efficiency of their work and directly benefit the U. S. Government.
2. It is requested that authorization for the study of - 25X1A6a
be granted for Mr. not to exceed 25fl -per person
for the fiscal year 1951.
