SUBJECT: Authorization for Language Lessons -

It requested that authorization be granted to permit Mr.
a. That the employee should receive this training under secure
circumstances for reasons of immediate operational necessity;

b. That the cost to the Government will not exceed 250.00 during
any fiscal year;
c. That such language lessons will directly benefit the Government.
3. It is believed that this request is justified by the advantages
25X1 A6a that will accrue to the - substation because of Mr. - added 25X1A9a
proficiency in the language.
