1. In view of the conditions set forth in the reference/memorandum, it
25X1A6a is respectfully requested that - L-~nguage Lessons in the amount of
0110.00 per person be approved for the followin,;: individuals who are
expected to depart for the area within the next 30 days:

is an indication that, if approval is mranted, she Would be willing to
serve for an extended period in the area. In view of the inability of the
oranization to find suf`dicient qualified personnel who are willin.: to ~;o

way possible to develop an interest in the country: The estimated cost
