1. It is requested that $80.00 be authorized to enroll
in the Sanz School of Languages for a course of
twenty hours of instruction in the Spanish language.
2. Subject is a Staff Employee of this division and has
had full security clearance. It is considered that this training
is essential for his projected assignment in Latin America and
will therefore be of benefit to the Agency.
