MEMORANDUM
SUBJECT : Request for Payment of Russian Language Training
1. It is requested that authority be granted to Mr. Theodore
to attend Russian language courses at the expense of the
Agency.
2. Mr. is employed in FDS as an Intelligence Officer
and it is felt that a good understanding of the Russian language
will make him much more valuable to FDS and the Agency.
3. The course, which includes 45 hours of Russian at the
Berlitz School of Language will cost $190.00.
