1. It is requested that approval be granted for Mr.

Languages, 1611 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C., commen-
cing upon approval of this reauest, at Agency expense not to exceed
$250.00. He will take private instructions for a period of approxi-
mately two months.
2. yr, assignment as Assistant to the Chief of Station
25X1A6a at necessitates a more thorough knowledge
of the French language that he possesses at present. It is felt
that further study at the Boiras School should definitely increase
his qualifications fcr his future assignment.
