take Spanish lessons, up to 30 hours, at:
Sanz School of Language
400 Bond Building, N.W.
Washington, D. C.
2. Subject will have Rafael Sanz as his
instructor and the cost is estimated at $130.00.
3. It is felt that these lessons will be
beneficial to subject in his projected assignment
and in turn be of direct benefit to the Agency.
