FOR THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FOR SPECIAL OPERATIONS:

1. In accordance with referenced Regulations, your concur-
rence is requested in the overseas language training of the in-
dividuals listed below. Such training will be secured from a
private tutor at the individuals' official station at a cost
not exoeeding 425O.00 per year.
