Through Chief, LA Branch, I requested information on the
"Comfion Nacionalcb Prensa," which is the source of press releases being filed by
Caribbean Bureau from Honduras. called me back to say that she had
confirmed from reading recent Honduran newspapers that this is a Honduranrw:ulatin
agency for press, radio and 7V. She described it as a "combined USIA-FCC type of
operation if the United States were under a dictatorial type of government, as is
