1. At the end of August 1953 there was observed. at the corner of Lovas ut and Soptei ut
in Szombathely a Soviet park for armor, containing about 50 small and large tanks,
covered with tarpaulins.
2. There is also a Soviet ammunition depot on SUptei ut, toward K&szeg, between the
railroad station and the street. The area is surrounded by barbed wire and is
closely guarded. Numerous ventilation tubes are easily observed.
