The Center of Coordination of the Anti-Bolshevist Struggle, after breaking with the American Committee, has decided to continue its activities under the leader- ship of Melgunov, as president. Melgunov has used the press to invite all private individuals and organizations to send contributions for the support of the Center. Its most effective supporters at the moment are the NTS Solidarists who hope to get control of the Center of Coordination. 2. Radio Station Osvobojdenie, which was the mouthpiece of the Center, has not remained. with it. Melgunov has announced that the Center will not concern itself with the stationts future broadcasts toward the USSR. The American Committee has ceased to subsidize the "dissident" Center of the Separatists. 3. The mere mantion of a non-aggression pact between the US and the USSR has led to mingled indignation and discouragement among all the emigre groups--Russian, Polish, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Czech and Rumanian. As a result, confidence in America has, within these groups, been markedly lowered. They are also gravely disturbed by the confidence which the Western Powers seem to put in Titots Yugo- slavia.
