During July-September 1953, VEB had been given an order for the production
of 2L thousand cartridge pouches (Soviet model). There has been no change
in the production of saddlebags and belting. About 3 thousand gun slings
are turned out monthly. An order was recently completed for 4 thousand
panniers with girths for pack animals.
