In order co make sure of the crop from the kolkhozes in the Caucasus, the Soviet authorities there have adopted a system of ordering soldiers into these state farms as "volunteer" workers. They are also prescribing heavier punishments than ever for workers who sabotage production in the kolkhozes. 2. The last yield was thirty percent under what the Soviets had calculated on getting. In some oases actual production even dropped as much as forty-five percent below estimate. DISTRIBUTION ?
