1. Dayrs routine in the present Bulgarian Army is as.follows:
5 a.m. Reveille
5 to 5:30 a.m. Setting up, known as 01fizariat?'
5:30 to 6 a.m. Toilet and police
6 a.m. Inspection of quarters
6:15 a.m. Breakfast in the mess halls
6:50 a.m. Political instruction or small arms firing (strelkova)
8 a.m. Assembly. Company falls in, reports made to commander
This is followed by exercises, work, tactical and defensive
studies, according to orders of commanding officer.
1 P.M. Luncheon, rest, cleaning arms
3 p.m. Training
6 p.m. Rest, cleaning arms
7 p.m. Regimental music class
8 p.m. ;supper
8:45 p.m. Special courses or free time
9:20 p.m. Evening roll call, assembly of the company, designation of
service detachment, orders of the day, military music, dis-
missal.
10 P.M. Lights out.
