At the beginning,. of Dec 195 there were three secret conferences of Communist
leaders.at N;anniaag..including delegates from Burma, Malaya, Thailand, Indochina
and.the.-Philippines. The oorlferences were for the purpose of working out a general
plan for the Cov unist coriqu zt of Southeast. Asia by 1953.
2. Chen Shao-tu.presided over the conferences. He works with Liu Shao-chi, head of
the Far East Cominform."
3. Party memberscharged with underground work Ln the countries named,, or destined
to act.. as-liaison . personnel will be given courses in a Communist espionage school
in Canton,- The courses in this Lchool include the languages, geography, historical
background.and technical details with regard to the countries.in which the
personnel wiil..work. The agents will also be trained in obtaining information
about.,Brit .sh and American military forces in the areas in question.,
