ditto.
(c) Barracks of the 18th Heavy Artillery Regiment (Rumanian)--ditto.
(d) Barracks of the 9th Cavalry Regiment (Rumanian)--ditto.
(e) Court house and Hotel Carlton, Boulevard Ferdinand--General headquarters
of the Soviet Command (commandatura).
2. The following stations in Constan~a are occupied by the Soviet Navy;

Former Rumanian Naval Base in the Stra.da. Mircea--in Soviet Occupation
Zone, presumably naval.
(b). Quarters between the Place Ovidiu and the port--occupied by Soviet Naval
Units.
