Tiohenov of the Soviet Navy arrived at Tirane- in Albania via plane from Pra`w with a mission of experts from the Soviet Navy and teahnioians from the submarine command. Admiral Tiohonov will supervise the construction of sub- mariMs in Albania, which will operate as the Mat Soviet Adriatic Submarine ftlt, a oammsad xhiah will be set up in 1955? 2. Ever sines Sep 1953 the Soviet Ships Olhots, Kursk and Chukotka have been unload- ing prefabricated submarine parts at Du r is. pmsats a sod considerably in Dec 1953, and are expected to continue tkramOi the whole of 1954. ?hey will be assembled with the help of Czechoslovak and Soviet engineers. 3.
